Sorry to hear all that Dan. Cali's a b**ch. I was homeless in Sacramento, until I up and moved to Montana. I'd recommend it, personally. Winter's a b**ch and a half, but housing is cheaper out here, and the people are nicer. Either way, hang in there, man
