If so then set it to 3 1/2 turns out as it is stock settings and test it on your engine. after that you can adjust it to your settings of your liking. All the carby's ive had need a little adjustment from stock as each engine is different.

motorpsycho Active Member Local time 7:27 AM Joined Aug 5, 2009 Messages 2,251 Location indiana Jul 4, 2011 #4 that looks normal. if the slide goes all the way down, your engine will not idle. the slide has to be open slightly for the engine to get enough air/fuel to idle. use your idle screw to adjust the idle speed.
