HI.
I am from Paralowie South Australia, I have just finnished Building a chopper for my son I have used a 66cc Grubee motor with all the common go fast mod's to the motor and pipe. I had to change the length and position of the exhaust pipe so I used 1/2 inch biger header pipe. I have fitted the motor to a fat back wheel chopper with out haveing to use extra offset chains or other gadgets other than what came in the box. To get the Chain to line up with the back sprocket I just welded in little engine mounts on the bottom frame rail. View attached photos. Just watch out for the peddle hitting the engine case.
After looking at the early Harley style bikes, Flat trackers etc, I think I will build one for my self to put around with my son, when I am not out on the real thing.

Very nice build, I like your solution to the chain alignment. I don't think I have seen that approach before. Well done.
