First bike build. Clutch very stiff?

Speaking of stiff clutch. I'm having the same problem. I've not ridden it and not even put fuel in it cause I had issues with clutch and chain...chain issue solved after I broke 3 bolts and stripped the other six. I do have loops around the handle bars but it is loose loops. I broke the screw in the clutch arm hence the hose clamp. Ideas any one?

These are cable nuts, put it in the end of the adjusted clutch cable and slipping and horrendous hose clamps (I did it so I would know) are a thing of the past.

Makes the job much easier.

The cable nut will help with slipping but will tight clutch get closer as I ride?

I know it's been a tick but didn't some post some pick of a contraption that helps with stiff clutch syndrome? Kind of like rerouter?
