Frame identification

I saw this bike for sale and really liked the frame. Wondering if anyone had any ideas as to who made it. It's more angular than most of the tank frames I was able to find. I thought about offering to buy this one, but those self tappers in the frame killed it for me. Thanks in advance

It almost looks photoshopped together for some reason

It does look cool
 
Cafe racer for off road? BWAHAHAHAHAHA, jump a few hills on that we'll be calling you Evil K'nevil.
 
Also it seems the pipe is held on with a little bit of wire

I don't know why it looks like it's being held on that well, like it's not sagging or anything
