Handle bar style help

I'm looking for some board track racer/ cafe style handle bars for my build (skyhawk gt-2 aluminum frame with monark 2 forks) and I'm having trouble locating that style for sale. Not really interested in paying sportsman flyer type prices. I know the look I want but can't seem to find any, am I missing something? Are they a certain bar turned upside down maybe? If anyone can point me in the right direction/suggestion that would be awesome.

Many builders use cruiser bike bars and invert them.
