No clue why one hole was drilled through the frame, but it is.
With occasional cruising it may not be a problem, but I do have an old cruiser I could move everything over to as well as another frame in my mom's she'd I could pick up.

Well, see if it will start before deciding to move everything over to another frame, at least you can see if the engine is still good first.
