I'd LOVE to be able to ride down a street where cars are the minority of vehicles on the road.

You and me both! Well, I am a small business owner (blacksmithing), so I have to say with the gas prices and everything I can't help but wonder. Only problem is a Nirve and Dax kit add up to $600 alone, so I don't know if someone would pay $1000+ for a motorized bike. But, you have people putting their families in debt to own an $80,000 "chopper," so I guess anything is possible. I'll definitely have a stack of business cards handy when I ride it!
