How does the idle screw work on a bofeng carb.

Does this screw raise and lower the slide a little bit or does it let more fuel in. I guess what I’m asking is do you turn it in to raise the idle or turn it out?

The screw raises or lowers the slide. Clockwise turn on the screw raises the slide and increases the idle.

Turn the screw right to increase, left to decrease.
