Huasheng Float Keeps Getting Stuck!!

I have had a 4 stroke motorized bike for 3 months now and it's been nothing but problem after problem. Right now I'm trying to figure out why after cleaning the carb twice, the float still gets stuck. When I cleaned the carbs I kept finding little black particles in the float bowl. I even have a fuel filter! At this point I'm just looking for all the help I can get.

If your using the factory supplied rubber fuel tubing it could be breaking down and leaving the particles you describe. Go to you local auto parts store and buy better tubing. It isn't very expensive.
