most of the performance and reliability of any of the kits is due to the end user's skill in putting it together
most of the differences between kits amount to little more than a couple MPH at the top speed, or a bit more longevity of the bottom end bearings which most users will never see because they get tired of it or break the other parts of the bike long before the motor wears out
this makes all the info both true and false depending on the user
