CVT LF's Buggy Bike got itself a CVT today!!

If you look at this thread, the pocket bike CVTs have a built-in gearbox on the output of the CVT. What was being discussed is the possibility of driving the rear cogs of a 7-speed directly from the output of the CVT, and I don't think it would work. The CVT gearbox is either apx. 3 to 1, or 4 to 1, depending on the model. This means that a 7000 RPM motor would be dropped to either (approximately) 2300 RPM or 1750 RPM, respectively. That is just WAY too fast to drive the rear cogs. The total reduction between motor and rear axle needs to be in the 18:1 range.
