NEED HELP

There are many ways to check the fuel valve.

If it's not installed, blow into it.
Move the lever. When you cannot blow into it, that's the "off" position.
Fuel should flow the direction the lever is pointing.
Of course, fuel would flow in the opposite direction.

When it's installed, disconnect the hose.
If the fuel doesn't leak out, that's the "off" position.
If fuel leaks out, that's the "on" position.
