was already to set out for a ride. Sunny and the low 60's here in Phoenix today.
I had noticed from my last ride, (half way into it), my engine wouldn't hold an idle when engaging the clutch. No biggie, I made a mental note to check the idle screw position when I set out for the next ride. Well that was today, and noticed my idle screw was gone. It'd fallen out some point, (no doubt why I couldn't keep an idle from the last ride).
shame on me. I've been good about using the blue loctite on everything, BUT that idle screw. Since I figure I'd be tweaking it from time to time, no need to put anything on there.
any rate, no ride for today. Luckly, I found that Dax carries spares! yippee...
So I bought two, but will use the blue loctite next time....
my engine is a Grubee Gen II, so I presume the Dax part should fit it just fine?
