It's oil from the petrol .when the engine fires some oil does not burn off and comes out the muffler.the oil is to lubricate the engine if it's a 2 stroke 66cc. if it is you must put oil in the petrol ..if you just use petrol no oil the engine will over heat and stop working

..to which I will add if you mix the fuel then leave it sitting in a can too long, the oil will separate and not do its job. As I found out with my petrol scooter when I didn't ride it for a few weeks (pre- internet days) after it broke my shoulder.
How much of the oily stuff are you adding to a gallon of gas?
How many miles on your motor?
If you are following the bad advice of adding 8oz to a gallon that
may be why you bike is marking it's territory............
Throw an NGK 5944 (BPR7HIX) iridium spark plug in it, that will make sure all the fuel that goes in gets burned.
As a bonus, you get a little more compression, so more power.
CAUTION, this only works for slat head engines!
