OCC Schwinn Stingray new build Cleveland

Hi everybody, I got my bike on the road yesterday and after a minor hick up after the first 3 miles, I fixed that and rode the wheels off today. I can't tell you how much fun these bikes are! I wanted to keep costs down so instead of buying parts, I made what I needed. Also, my zip ties are all different colors because thats what was on my shelf.LOL best regards mike

Occc choppers

Hey Tremont..ENO (Down Under)..welcome to Mbc..Nice mods youve done to the OCC..My son has recently finished his Stingray with an 80cc motor which you need to compensate for the weight factor. We also put a better and stronger chain on as it has to push that weight. You can get them dirt cheap at a "chain supplier".($18AU)..In Oz the chain is a.... "Fenner Roller Chain"... (415 S)... (S means it is motor bike grade) and it has the same pitch as the supplied chain but works better without any sideways play so it doesnt jump off the sprockets or tensioner..I have posted a pic of ours Good Luck and safe riding
