Sea foam motor treatment?

Does anyone use Sea Foam motor treatment in their 2 stroke engines? It caught my attention because it says it controls moisture in fuels. Would it counteract the effect of ethanol in the gas?

The best thing to counteract the ethanol is water. If you have to go a long way to buy it, or it's not available, you can remove the ethanol.

I use Sea Foam in my 4 stroke bike and mowers to clean them out during oil changes. I only use 100% ethanol free gas in my bike, mowers and 2 stroke lawn equipment.
