The YD 100 head bolt spacing is different than the 66/80cc engine.

Ok, I'm glad I said something. I guess I got to wait for the kit to get to me and seevthe bolt pattern. I ordered it today, but I'm sure it's gonna take a while cause on there web site it said it's there race season and motor work is back logged

Spacer, intake adapter, reed valve, cylinder, piston and a cheap head.
All u need is a 20mm carb, pipe and your done

It's pretty much a bolt on kit.
They recommend a vm20 carb and a yamaha jog pipe. About a nother $140.

Thank you. I figure if I'm gonna drop almost 3 c notes, whats another one or two. lol. I have no problem sinking a little money into my builds. This is one of my hobby's, the other one has to do with propagating and amplifying coherent light. Both expensive hobbies, and both very rewarding.

The stroke on the Minarelli scooters is 39.2, but 40mm will work just fine, if not better

stud spacing (from bottom left, to top right) should be roughly 72mm

I ordered an ebay jog50. They seem to have reasonable performance for the $. I realize it has to be cut and welded. I checked the stroke twice on my engine with a caliper, it was 38mm so I ordered that spacer, should be good I hope...
