Some confusion

The next questions I would then ask Zane is if this "racing engine" comes direct from the factory like it is delivered to you, or if he first makes any modifications to it first before he passes it onto the customer as a racing engine, which would then make me wonder two things.

If he warranties direct from factory engines, why not honour what he calls a factory warranty, (as he says he does do this), against defects like your shattered piston problem appears to be on the surface.

The next question would be that if he does make certain modifications himself to qualify this as a "racing engine" why does he not also warranty his own work because he made these modifications by his own hand.

I think these would be two very logical and excellent thought provoking questions.
