Spark Plug problemo

I accidentally dropped my engine 3ft on the concrete floor; thankfully it landed on the stud bolts, so the engine wasn't damaged. But the sparkplug tip with the metal threads was seriously bent and damaged. That's it; the ceramics and other mechanisms seemed intact. I bent it back with a pliers and got it to engage with the plastic cylinder thing. Will it still work ????? Or should i just get a new sparkplug. By the way, what model sparkplugs do you get, do you have to match the thread count and stuff.

And for the other question, yes it will probably be fine, no cracks means no electrical jumps out the boot.

Iridium plugs are actually a good thing for these bikes, don't let any of my earlier protests fool you.
