Maybe this has been discussed before, but I would like to know
if there is a springer fork for cruisers that has disk brake mounts?
Any recommends?

Monark forks are the best. I got the off brand ones from Amazon, but they are for a project I haven't finished so I can't tell you how.they ride.

I bought these for the next bike project because I couldn't find suspension forks that had a 1 inch tube.
Haven't tried them out but they seem pretty nice.

That's what I bought but in black. Check out thier diac brake wheels too. They are pretty cheap and they came in perfectly true.

There's just one slight problem: A purely straight fork may not work
because the one on the bike now is curved forward to prevent the
wheel from contact the frame, so any fork has to push the wheel
out at least as much as the fork on the frame now.

These monarch forks mount the axle a bit forward of the 1st fork piece, so it might be fine.

You worry needlessly my friend, the offset for a springer is greater than the curve to your OE fork. I thought that too when I put the triple tree on my 4X bike, but there is a ton of room.

These prices look a little high, but I measured the forward offset on the
OM fork and it's about 1.5 inches, so maybe the offset on the straight springer
forks would work. Thanks all for the input.
