Cereal box doesn't compress as much as a base gasket.

When I pulled the cylinder apart one of the gaskets ripped. Can I put it together with just one or do I need two?

Top, or bottom gasket? All depends on your squish gap.

If by saying top gasket, you're referring to a head gasket, there is no head gasket on a Phantom 85 motor, it is a one piece jug...lol.

He is talking about the two bottom gaskets that are installed on a Phantom 85 motor.

I have a digital çaliper but no micrometer.
