Update--Mods to my GEBE MTB

Life just got a little easier last night. I dreaded fixing a rear flat or having to remove the rear wheel. I borrowed Augi's mod fix idea for the Gebe motor mount. Photo shows my no weld version .Just got in from a 40+ mile ride in my rural black top and gravel road area. I also replace my regular inner tubes with bontranger extra thick inner tubes. 40psi is all it takes for these tubes compared to 65psi with the regular tubes. The Bonts paired with the continental tires make for a very secure and stable ride. My arms are getting pumped up from picking this MTB pig up and locked in on my park bike stand[photo] . last photo shows my new ADA racing air cleaner that is clamped onto a velocity stack and choke:D

your frame's geometry totally loves that setup, and so do i!

hi bill,

you beat me too it by a couple of days, just spent the last few hours tweaking my rackmount, wow what a difference, feels so much more solid, and been able to slip the wheel in and out without having to worry about trying to get the engine somewhere safe, makes life alot easier.
