Wide front motor mount engines

Hey everybody. This is my first post. Been interested in motorized bikes for years. Built a couple of Briggs powered bikes years ago & put together a couple of Chinese kit bikes for friends, also years ago. Now I'm building a bike for myself with the Chinese HT motor. I've noticed some motors have a narrow spacing between the front motor mount studs & some motors have a wider (2'') spacing between the studs. My question is , does anyone sell just the motor alone with the wider space between the studs? Yes I know they sell adapters for the narrow spaced motors, don't want to go that route. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks & keep the shiny side up!
