Wide pedal crank question

I bought a wide crank kit from Bike Berry....the threads on the shaft on the left side are left handed as expected....but the threads on the right
side are also left handed...makes NO sense....plus there is NO way to secure the bearing cup holders, at least not that I can see. Does anyone
have experience with this crank kit????

made to work with an adapter 51.09 mm adapter for an antique less for a newer bike if I'm to understand it correctly one side fixed one free, adapter 3 or 4 hole Allen bolt aluminum or Aluminum crank parts in general. .
