Will this raleigh sc200 bike work?

Do you think a motor can fit on this bike, the ht motor. I've seen some people have the carb turn to the side when fitment is tight.

why not just get a diffrent bike, mounting the carb to the side can be alot of work and plus the sparkplug and boot may not fit because of the top tube.
