As circled the the lil bolt that sticks out, is loose. Could that be why my clutch doesn’t disengage. I’ve tried everything .. flower nut, cable, clutch arm, longer bucking bar..

I have had the same problem before but don't exactly remember what I did but I fixed it then it kept breaking or as for instance your clutch never disengages at all so I just bought a new motor but even that alone is kind of expensive so I recommend just keep messing with it man and if you have to jus replace the entire clutch system hope this helps.

That little bolt is called a mandrel. It is what is pushing everything around to make the clutch work.

take off the clutch arm cover, and push that little bolt ( the mandrel) with a screw driver , whatever ya got, how far does is go?

Okay, I do I pull in the clutch and see bc the clutch case is off the left side. Also the woodruff key is missing out of the sprocket

Pull both sides off, and pull off the flower nut, spring and clutch friction plate. Push the tiny bolt, take care not to hurt the threads, does it move? Use your finger, do you feel pressure? Will it slide in with your finger pushing it, at all? It's shouldn't unless you are the hulk or have a busted mandrel pin.

Some of us have it worse than others but I keep enough parts to repair all of my bikes, you will learn what you need to keep on hand to make this hobby more fun.
