Yeah I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before. My memory has gone to sh.. though. When I saw it said one stroke I thought it was gonna be a rotary engine

Yeah it technically is a 2 stroke, but totally different than the 2 strokes we are used to. They said they called it a one stroke so that people wouldn't think they had to mix the gas and oil. I wonder if it will ever be used mainstream

That makes it a bit like a detroit 2 stroke diesel. They have been around since the late 1930's and used for decades. The only real difference is the detroits had to have a positive displacement blower for the intake to function, and they had exhaust valves.
