This jackshaft plate from BMI is only $40 compaired to $95 from GTC. I do like the GTC mounting ears for a future cover, but being stuck with a 17T sproket might not be right for you. Better off to buy all the pieces seperately.

That is just the plate for $40 plus ship. GTC has a lot more parts needed. Kinda comparing apples and oranges.

The GTI jack shaft plate by itself is $55 more than the one from BMI. Big savings. Besides you will no doubt need to purchase a sprocket with more than 17T plus S&H which runs the total cost up even more. FYI: Stanton Inc. is the only supplier of sprockets for 415 chain if that's what you plan to use. I am building this jackshaft assy now and have compared prices from everyone. BMI has the best selection of sprokets so one shipping charge is a real benefit.
