Those shocks should work well for you. They are considered an entry level shock in the mountain bike world, but on a MB should work great.
Not adjustable but if you are of average weight, they will be just fine. Some models of the Judy has air damping, I don't think this model has that feature but don't lose sleep over it. Looks like a great price at 70 pounds compared to what they cost in CDN dollars.
While you are at it, get a sealed bearing head set to go with them. You don't need the top of the line one, just an upgrade from the cup and bearing style.
