Hi Rawly. well we could talk for hours on this subject and could not ex-plane to me but it all is a big con, just think how often you've seen Charitys collecting for Peru but here prices are unreasonably high for locals the very people Charitys collect for but government here skins the people so to speak through taxes and don't even speak about the waste of government so next time you see Charity collecting you may well send it straight to the government or noting as it doesn't get to right people anyway.
And about motors, they're not imported from the states they come here straight from China and charge for them like double the price compare to US, what would be the reason ? there is no reason for that so Chines are thieves also, what's worse nobody is doing anything about it as somebody is making big money, is it surprising that people protest ? where is United Nations ? Prices should be structured according to local wages so you don;t spend everything to survive but that is a case here, people do spend everything to survive, hope that will give you an idea what's going on.
