350z I have mine wired exactly like you described yours is. That's how serveral of the motor sites say to do it. I'm having zero problems so far. My kill button is one to white the other to black. I'm going to use battery lights.

There is a large ac voltage on the blue wire, a few hundred Volts or so,use a good quality sealed switch.

Only switches I can find are 6amp toggles...Where can I pick up one to handel the blue wire output...would like a decent kill switch...

6 amp is fine.
As a stealth item the smaller the better(provided it's a descent enough quality)

Any toggle switch will handle the current,but protect yourself from the connections (150V +) ,RTV will work fine.
