none of you experts would have used it where i would...

I used it around the whole woodruffed area.
not done anything repair-wise with the bike.
No tests yet.
I pedal start.
Watch the vid, and you'll see the motor as "new" in detail.

At AussieSteve's request, I tried to roll the bike forwards and then backwards.
Forwards would grab, but backwards it would roll freely.
So, I'll try replace the woodruff on the small cog, and see what happens.

Thanks for input all, and Steve, I will get down to Nowra for a beer one day...

It could still be any one of the three woodruff keys. Watch the parts as you roll forwards backwards and see where the movement stops.
