Does the piston drop below the port opening? You can go wider, but definitely not higher.

No it does. I wasn't really trying to go higher the D shape is suppose to help with low end power but like you say you cant go lower. Now that I look at the phantom jug the arch is on the top not the bottom. But I still like smooth undisturupted air flow. Since I have to wait for rtv to dry looks like it's time to get some exercise and get some engine degreaser and some cut off wheels for my exuast bolts.

Yea i have one of them I wasn't paying attention and I bought the one that's 3d print then got disappointed because I was more worried about the volume in the Reed and case than I was prior to. I think they should make one for the engine side of the Reed so we don't have. To stuff it with gas tank weld.

I have junk cylinder here I'm going to try that copper gasket trick on since I can deck this one almost 2mm anyways.

Well it seems I have sourced the root of my air leak to a stripped hole so looks like I'll need a new one of them. How about them RSE reed how well do they work? I might. Have to ride around with a pair of vuce grips locked on it to make sure it's tight

Drill and tap it for 6mm..

I was afraid you were going to say that. Involves biking up to the store again to get a tap set. Either way I'm going to have to pull the cylinder off. I'll wait until next weekend when I have the. Time now to finish the case.
