For Sale Custom motorized bike gaskets, MADE IN USA!

Well, after a few years of motorized bike experience and building countless kits, I've always had a problem with the crappy gaskets they come with, they would always either rip on me whenever I needed to remove the cylinder or intake or they were soo thin that it wouldn't seal properly even when cranking down on the bolts as hard as possible.

Sooo, I decided to make my own!

There cut on my CNC cutter and quality checked by yours truly, I use the best material's that I can find (fel-pro)

We all know that 4 strokes make more torque especially in the bottom end and that's because they use the whole down stroke (power stroke) to transmit power through the crank, where a 2t that the exh port opens early in the rotation only uses a small percentage of the rotation to transmit that power then relies on inertia to complete both the rest of the down stroke and the following up stroke, where it also starts to fight compression.
I wouldn't say max power occurs at 5000 - 5500 rpm or shifted up to 6500 - 7000 but rather that's where the port timing starts to work best or known as the sweet spot, if this was the point of max power you would only get another 1000 rpm or so beyond that as power typically falls off after the max point.
I port that way because of the hills here. I need to keep rpms up climbing a hill, or there's nothing to keep me going. I tried stock many ways, but bumping up max power 1000-1500 rpms more does way better at keeping it rolling. An you are right, there's not much over rev, but I really don't need over rev, just the tiny cheeks on the crank to have enough inertia to over come the large hills here. At lower rpms, it loses to much climbing and I have to pedal. An we all know these bikes aren't built to pedal with them...... lol. Well at least I try to build mine so I only have to pedal a few turns off the line and the motor takes care of me after that.

One of the reason I started adding rocket fuel to my mix, helps get up these huge never ending hills here.

I hear you brother, I like to make use of all the bottom end available while still being able to get some rpm at the top, I too have lots of hills here and use the power band where I can to climb them but my gearing is 11/30 with a 27" wheel it's a hard gearing to pull at the base of a hill from a dead stop but she'll do it!

On the map, the great plains look flat, but they are anything but flat. Unless you live on a flood plain here, you got hills and bluffs to fight. Might not be mountains, but they are big enough. lol

Expensive compared to Chinese absolute garbage... $5 for s**t vs $15 for great quality.. up to you how you want to built your motor / do your thing but it is what it is. Pay less for garbage or pay slightly more for great parts. $15 is a big mac plus extra fries these days.

I would buy these gaskets but I have my own gasket material and I make my own. but to those who can't do that it's totally worth it. I swear the chinese gaskets are made of rice paper

are these Expensive ....
You get 2 Karropak base gaskets and 1 rubberized cork base gasket, as well as 2 Karropak intake gaskets and 1 rubberized cork intake gasket for 15$ shipped.
I try to keep them affordable while maintaining quality for people who depend on these motors for daily use (i know I used to have to, got me to and from work and school for Years)

there 15$ shipped for 3 intake gaskets and 3 base gaskets. I try to keep them affordable while maintaining quality for people who depend on these motors for daily use (i know I used to have to, got me to and from work and school for Years)
Don't forget me...lol...When you get the setup for the Phantom 85 gaskets...40mm intakes, double base gaskets for YD100 bottom end that the Phantoms use as well as exhaust gaskets which are the largest I have seen for these beasties, 60mm...lol...also the magneto cover gasket and the clutch gears cover gasket.
