very nice, whats the weight limit on those tires?

Ya man I'm lovin that rear end. Oops' not like that LOL. Your ride is going to have a whole different look with that rubber. Im watching to see your new 1200watt Unite set up. Looking great!

I have already rewound my Unite 1000watt motor with heavier gauge wire AWG20 stock they use AWG23. I have also tried a double wind ie. 2x11 winds ... heres a few pics of that

looks geat Aussie. i would not know where to start. my secret weapon is Long Island's (to enhance my canoeing ability).

Thanks fellas :) TBH its not as difficult as it might look BUT it IS very very time consuming. If i hadn't cooked my motor i wouldn't have bothered doing it. There has been quite an extensive discussion on this site in the electric motor section regarding multiple v's single winds, i'll have a motor with each to compare performance of. By all accounts thicker wire in single wind config is higher torque, the multiple winds produce MUCH higher RPM. Shall see which performs best to my circumstances and go with it. I think future improvements will see dual motors shoe horned in though.

UPdate

OK..I finished truing these 'pimpin' 20 x 4.25in wheelz last night when the lads had left, wheeled the trike outside this morning for 'obligatory' pics. Note rear rotor and calipers still need attaching OH aha minor detail to the motor is still AWOL.-->

Gives it a better...erm...'stance' i guess you could say hehehe..
I can see as things progress i will have less and less chance of convincing the Policeman SIR that this is a electric pedal assist bicycle with a 200watt motor :-|

Hoping the shellac or second motor will be in my hands within days...

More laters

Very pretty. It'll take a bit more power to move those wheels, but i'd guess that's not a concern. Looks beautiful.

it looks great, but what i realy see is more durability and a greater safety margin. thats something our bikes/trikes can always use.
