electric motor to Demention Edge Simplle Simon friction drive?

Interest in bolting an electric motor to this drive unit. I am using gas motors on all my bikes but with California laws being inforced now I have to go with electric if I want to ride on public streets.

I think going to a front hub motor would be your best bet. Remove your gas engine from the rear mount & mount your batteries there.
