Full throttle cut out

Well I tried leaning out the mixture and it is now perfect. The plug is a great tan colour and the full throttle thing is gone. I also wrapped electrical tape around the carb so the air leaks are lessened

It's your carb connection might have a leak take it off put crazy glue on it tighten back up solid.

Bad advice, gas dissolves glue.
I remember using gas proof sealant on CNS carbs.

I Teflon tape my carb cap and it seals it up very good and does not need reglued and or resealed when I take it apart at best wrap some more teflon tape around it and no need to wait for anything to dry or clean glue off each time

Sorry for the late reply but did you wrap that tape on the outside of the carb or on the intake manifold with the carb slide over it.
