Help 48cc or 66cc

Hi, I need expert advice, should I get a 48cc or 66cc, I dont want to have the cops pull me over or take it if its 66cc, I want the 66cc but are they louder and vibrate more.because back in 2008 I had a 66cc skyhawk and it was way louder and knocky, vibrated too much not smooth compared to my 48cc starfire. Now I want the 66cc flying horse mustang racer from bikeberry. If I get it will the cops pull me over and know its 66cc not 48cc. I live in washington state and ride responsibly and not crazy in public. Help please

i think the consensus is that cops won't know the difference and you can also buy a sticker that saids "49cc by XXX motors".

Ditto. Noise is about the same as well.
It will be your speed, behavior or loud muffler that get you busted.
Not what the engine looks like.
