Help!!!

So I went and bought a new spark plug and it starts but the chain pipes off and the throttle isn't right.. It's to tight or something

There is a little screw on top of the carb where the cable goes into the carb, turn the screw all the way down. Then try to lift on the cable, the casing should lift a little bit, so you know that it's not too tight. If it's not enough, then look at the other end of the cable where it goes into the grip.
