Honda and HuaSheng possable Carb MOD

I got the torch so when ever I get around to it. Im kinda a veteran motorbiker so its kinda just another day you know.
But I could understand the position you are in. You know being anxious and all.
I dont know about some stuff like how Honda wants to warm up a un-tuned motor so to tune it. I believe that damage can occure most on an un tuned motor.
I kinda like to baby the thing but when I get the throttle in my hand I cant myself.
I'm looking at weather out here too it gets windy and cold.

Test Results in

This morning I fired up the One Arm Bandit. RPM didnt run away like others figured.
Has a new raw power tune. Ready for the ride soon. I ordered velcro for my electronics double safety and it will arrive from china by the 28th.
So no video on the speed run until then.
I will provide video of it tuned and at idle speed only until the velco shows up.
This is an excellent mod. I would say best I seen so far.

I was doing 65mph in 4 gear I had 3 gears to go. I heard some noise from the exhaust and it blew out my exhaust mod. It got really squelly when I was going that fast.
Heres a video below and this is how it sounds with the exhaust blown out.

Heres a picture of the blown out exhaust.
I got no reason to lie and I will have video of a speed run in a few weeks.

I was also doing 28mph in first gear. It needed a little peddle to start but when it got past that it was really fast. I hardly had the need to get out of first gear.

How did you measure your speed?
You must have had your GPS? on the kilometers setting!

There is no way your "hopped up" Honda 50 cc 4 stroke with a
Grubee stage III gearbox is going faster than about 40 mph.

This is what happens when you been ridding motorbikes for over 35 years.
The fastest speed you ever said you went was 35mph.
Again I went 28mph in first gear with low RPM. I still had 6 gears to go.
You are way out of your league and posting negative stuff on this thread.
Some people just cant stand it that someone whos been racing all there life might go 80mph on their first build.

Im going through the entire thing to check for any type of damage then put it all back together. This has to be the common thing to practice expecially with this mod.
So far my chains on the four stroke shift kit strecthed a little because I didnt modify the clutch assembly. So thats were Im at now. Not to mention a lot more work.

I guess this could go under latest progress HAHAHA

Here's a few pictures of the true kaos this build can create.
I just takes alot of work to accomplish a goal.
I'm beginning to become a true believer in the stock exhaust. Im going that route next.
