i need engine not running for prop

i am building a vintage bicycle to be hung up in rafters at bar . i need an engine blown ok. dose not have to be running or rebuildable just for prop.i'm in tulare calif. call me 408 627 3415

Vintage as in a Whizzer or a vintage bike with any kind of motor? Rack mount, inframe, etc. As well, how much are you willing to spend? I ask, because I should still have my 66cc HT buried somewhere, functional but damages.
