I have been a lurker here since I built my bike around a year ago. I have found a bunch of great information on this site. I have a 66cc chinese motor on a $80 bike from Fred Myers. It is currently non-functional due to a bad CDI, however I ordered one and have it on the way today. I wanted to sign in so that I could post a review about piratecycles1.com, but was told that I have to introduce myself, and have at least 30 posts before I can post down there. They are not on my good list because I ordered an NT carb, a pyramid vintage speedo, and a dual pull brake lever, but the only thing that arrived was the carb. I sent an e-mail to the site administrator, and never heard back from him. Very disappointed in service and shipping.
Aside from all of that, I get such a blast out of driving my bike around town, and always get a bunch of funny looks from people. Most of them say how cool it is, and I can't ride past a group of kids without hearing cheering.
