Hi everyone. I have been toying with the idea of building a weedeater bicycle for a while now, and ran across this forum doing some research.

I am already a member at DIYGOKARTS, because I have also been 'playing' with that hobby.

I am sure I will learn a lot from all the people here to get me going

Welcome to MBc, Landuse. To start with, read all of the stickies at the top of each Forum. Use our Search function if you have questions, and don't hesitate to ask questions in the proper Forum if you are really serious. Personally, I have not seen a lot of good, reliable, and functionable bikes motorized with a weed-whacker engine, not to say it can't be done, but have seen very few really good ones. If you are still in the search stage, I would check out the 2-Stroke China Girls as a low cost, entrance power plant. Some of our members have had very good luck with them lasting for a long time. What ever you choose, choose wisely and be safe. Keep us posted.
