I shid you not- that happened to me recently.

I had that problem once too. Wasn't my fault. I didn't know what setting the fuel tap was on. Because I dont read chinese....

No, I put a sip of gas in the tank to try something, shut it off and tried to restart (pull start) and it wouldn't go, I thought it heat soaked or something so I kept trying till I put a huge blister on my finger, dropped the bowl and it was dry!

Put gas in the tank and it fired in one pull.

So yeah, we all do stupid crap.

Just yesterday I was trying to start an old pressure washer that hasn't ran for a couple years. I pulled it several times and thought here we go, get the wenches, then I noticed the little rocker switch. Started next pull.

My dad always forgets about those switches. When he bought the log splitter from harbor freight he couldn't get the engine to start. He told me to give it a try, so he watched me flip the kill switch to on and it fired first pull lol
