I got default dished sprocket that come with the kit.

First i installed with dish facing outwards (like on picture) however had a problem with chain touching the frame so i turned sprocket it around to get chain spaced away from frame.

Read somewhere only proper way to install sprocket is with dish facing outward why is that?

It varies. My kit specified to dish it in towards the wheel like you had to do, which worked perfectly for me.

It all depends on the frame and hub flange width. Which ever way works. For me it's always been dished out but most of the kits I have bought said dish in.

Slow and steady. Center as you tighten every nut and bolt... Patience is learned .... Slow and steady. Eventually you'll be nice tightly centered. But go slow. Otherwise you'll bend the spokes on the wheel and either end up starting over or messing up the spokes which weaken the integrity of the wheel itself.... 10mm ratchet & closed end wrench work best.
