Noticed a head gasket leak. I resurfaced the head and used a new copper head gasket But I still had a head gasket leak.
This means it was a warped cyl deck. I resurfaced the cyl deck and it's all's good again

My bike disassembled.

The Joy of riding a good running Whizzer (y)
I've had my 2005 NE-5 Whizzer for 15 years and she's got over 38,500 miles on her

Glad you got it sorted out, you’ve got as many miles on your whizzer as I do on my 1950 Ford.

Ya sure the odometer hasn't been turned over on that beautiful Ford.
Amazing having a 50 Ford with low miles (y)
