Silencer for flex pipe exhaust?

Are you just using a hand operated drill? I glued two wedges of wood on a board and run my pipes through the drill press. I then drill right through both sides at once.

Try for two more rows.

I have a 7/8 inch flex pipe on my HS-142 4 stroke and the noise
is no where near a two stroke. It's acceptable to me. Just sounds a
little more like a motorcycle. Dare I mention, it increases HP. as
tested on a dyno.

I’m going to seal the hole where the tail pipe goes through the end cap with steel stick or something, but the muffler is finished other than that.
