212 guys and tires

It might be easier to find motorcycle tires that fit a 24” bicycle rim so I’m considering switching to 24” rims
If you are building your own wheels you can just lace a motorcycle rim onto the hub of your choice. Then you wouldn't have to play around with finding the right size tires.

MC and bicycle wheels are two different animals altogether. A 24" MC wheel will be like a 18" rim somewhere in there. Reference pics, 26" bicycle, 17" motorcycle.

Yeah I looked at that too but motorcycle rims are wider than bicycle rims so I need to consider frame clearance. I’ll have to go home and measure my frame distance and see what I come up with. But I’m thinking about just running the CST knobbies on 26” rims. Or 24” rims.

just got my tires today very impressed with the quality. Dual compound. puncture liner and a rating of 65psi.
