Yes Gary 55 your absolutely right :) MZ REED, 18mm Mikuni and a massive third transfer port. I cut the cylinder walls out of the side transfer ports , I tried it as an experiment and didn't measure a thing , I'm still waiting for it to grenade LOL :) so I can actually measure and clone that cylinder piston combo cuz this thing screws #!#!
That's nice looking cyl. and piston work. Makes me want to try something new.
 
Yes my friend I was thinking out of the box When I busted out the 1/4 in air-powered die grinder and double cut solid carbide burrs :) and to tell the truth I was under the influence of alcohol at that time and didn't really give a s*** what happened to that cylinder or short block . When I kick started That motor the next morning I almost flipped over backwards because it took off like a f***ing rocket ?? I use my prior experience since I was 9 years old porting and polishing my little dirt bike engines and applied it to these Chinese pieces of s*** engines, I remembered what I did when I was 10 years old to my RM80 who was first in my class 80cc expert champion :) :) Oh by the way are you the guy that invented chinesium lol :)

Thanks. Did you completely remove the cylinder walls at the transfers? If you don't mind my asking did you just use the burr to remove it? If so I might have to get drunk and give it a shot. It wasn't me who came up with the nomenclature "chinesium", but it sure seems to fit well don't it.
